As most of you are aware our family is on a quest to change our lives by changing our lifestyle! The hubby has already lost over 100 lbs. in the last year..me? I've lost 30 in that same year. Yeah it's not fair for the ladies! He stops drinking sodas and watches his calories and it melts off. I do the same and lose 5 lbs!

  2. We like the greek yogurt. My daughter and I like to get chocolate greek yogurt and make chaocolate smoothies (choc. yogurt, bananas, rice milk, 1 scoop protien powder)for snacks. YUM!
