Yoplait, a lifestyle change and FREE Yogurt for You!

As most of you are aware our family is on a quest to change our lives by changing our lifestyle! The hubby has already lost over 100 lbs. in the last year..me? I've lost 30 in that same year. Yeah it's not fair for the ladies! He stops drinking sodas and watches his calories and it melts off. I do the same and lose 5 lbs!

Anyway, part of this changing lifestyle is changing what we eat and how we eat. Our girls LOVE yogurt and so do we. Why not choose a yogurt that's healthier than the others on the market? Lower sugar in the kids yogurts than other brands and I can get a "sweet" fix by picking up one of the dessert style yogurts like Chocolate Eclair without all the extra calories!

You can go here to grab A BUNCH of coupons to try out all the great flavors of Yoplait and get started on a healthier lifestyle.
