CVS, Target and Publix $100+ for less than $20!

I've shopped till I've dropped the last two days, but man was it worth it! A few great deals and a trip to Publix (which I haven't been to in months!) made for a nice weekend. Here's what I got and how I did it! You can do it too....well most of it ;) ha ha ha

I wanted the Herbal Essence but wanted some fillers to use my ECB from two weeks ago. So I looked for things that would give me more ECB's. That is the way to work CVS.
