Chex Mix Party sponsored by My Get Together

So yesterday was my Chex Mix Party! In order for all my friends to attend I had to move the party up a week. Our Homeschool group has a monthly Mom's Night Out. Last night was our Christmas party, so I incorporated my Chex Mix party with Mother's Night Out. It was a hit! 


We had a soup and sock swap. Everyone bring's a pit of their favorite soup and a pair of wrapped Christmas socks. After eating, visiting and playing a hilarious round of pictionary, we talked for a few minutes about Chex mix and the many different varieties to make and share. Almost everyone mentioned the original Chex mix they remembered their Mothers or Grandmothers baking in the oven. 

We played "Dirty Santa" or "White Elephant" with our wrapped socks and then I handed out a bag of Lemon Buddies and Holiday Chex mix with recipes and two $2 off 2 boxes of Chex mix coupons to everyone.
